    Madeline Dornfeld

    Hi! My name is Madeline Dornfeld (CMC ‘25) and I am a Government and History dual major from St. Louis, Missouri. I am particularly interested in Russia and Eastern Europe, but my broader IR interests revolve around security and peace and conflict studies. On campus I am involved in Army ROTC, The Alexander Hamilton Society, and I play on the Claremont Colleges club soccer team. In my free time I love to hike, read, and explore Southern California. My favorite thing about working at Keck is having the opportunity to interact with and learn from students and professionals involved in numerous areas of international relations. There is always something exciting going on, and something new to learn about.

  • Adrian Flynn

    Hi! My name is Adrian Flynn (CMC '25) and I'm dual majoring in International Relations and Public Policy. I'm primarily interested in how to facilitate sustainable international collaboration, particularly in the spheres of scientific research and space affairs. The Keck Center has been a cornerstone of my IR education at CMC, so I'm very excited to help support similarly impactful programming for fellow students.

    Hi! My name is My Fu (CMC '25) and I am an International Relations major from San Diego, CA. My focus areas are international development, technological innovation, and sustainability. On campus I am also an Office Assistant at the EU Center of California, Scholars Community Ambassador, WLD Mentor, and trivia co-host at Roberts Pavilion. On my free time, I enjoy sewing, surfing, exploring new food spots, and re-watching Gilmore Girls. Working at the Keck Center has allowed me to be a part of a community on-campus that is  full of brilliant and ambitious people whom I have the pleasure of learning from every day. There is no such thing as a boring day at Keck; there is always someone new to meet and an amazing event to attend!

  • Joshua Morganstein

    Hi! My name is Josh Morganstein (CMC ‘25) and I am a Robert Day Scholar at CMC, majoring in International Relations and PPE (Philosophy, Politics, & Economics) with a legal studies sequence. I recently studied abroad in Berlin, which enhanced my interests in security studies, space law, and the intersection of ethics and war. On campus, I serve as President of CMC’s Model United Nations team and also work as a Research Assistant for Professor Ascher. In my free time, I love to read classics, write poetry, and play chess and soccer. My favorite thing about working at the Keck Center is being constantly surrounded by people who are fun, smart, and passionate about studying international affairs.

    Hi! My name is Adam (CMC ‘25) and I am majoring in International Relations with a sequence in Data Science. I am deeply interested in the linguistics of populism, great power politics, the dynamics of foreign direct investment, and urban planning. I also enjoy playing soccer. I love working at the Keck Center because I get to interact with faculty and students who are as passionate about the world and current events as I am.

    Hi! My name is Sam Johnson-Saeger (CMC '26) and I am an international relations and economics dual major from Boulder, Colorado. I am particularly interested in the dynamics of nonviolent resistance movements and the political economy of sustainable development. On campus, I also work as a Research Assistant for Professor Zarkin and am an Economics Tutor at the Robert Day School. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing board games, and exploring new places. My favorite thing about working at the Keck Center are the abundant opportunities to hear from experts on different topics and regions and engage with like minded students, helping me develop a more holistic understanding of international affairs.

    Hi! My name is Shay Doshi (CMC ‘27) and I am a sophomore studying International Relations. I am particularly interested in human rights and national security, and am hoping to pursue a career in law, politics, or the foreign service. Outside of working at Keck, I am a member of the CMC Model United Nations and Mock Trial teams. I also love to play basketball and soccer, listen to R&B and rap, and explore Southern California! I’m looking forward to continuing to build connections with faculty and other passionate students at the Keck Center!

  • Amy Weng

    Hi! My name is Amy (CMC '27) and I am a Questbridge Scholar majoring in International Relations and Public Policy. This past summer I interned abroad at a startup university in Uganda, enhancing my interests in China-East Africa relations as well as Education Policy. On campus I am a part of the Alexander Hamilton Society, 1Gen, and the 5C Badminton Club. In my free time, I love to hike, play chess and update my Letterboxd. My favorite part of working at the Keck Center is the chance to connect with students and faculty who share my passion for international relations and learning from their insights and experiences.

    Hi! I’m Davin (CMC ‘28) and I’m an international relations major from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I’m specifically interested in human rights, security, war, and the Middle East. On campus, I am also a member of the Model UN team, an editor of Keck’s Alexandria Review, VP of research for the Amnesty International Taskforce, and a volunteer for the 5C Refugee Advocacy Network. In my free time, I love to travel and binge-watch sitcoms and crime shows. My favorite part about working at Keck is collaborating and engaging with other students who are also passionate about international relations.

    Riley Green

    Hi! My name is Riley Green (CMC ’24) and I am an international relations and history dual major from Fort Collins, Colorado. My focus areas include security, genocide, and Holocaust studies. With the support of CMC, I studied abroad in Bologna, Italy, worked in Warsaw, Poland, and traveled with a student-faculty group to Bangkok, Thailand. When I’m not working on my senior thesis or reading for my War seminar, I enjoy trail running, drinking coffee, and photosynthesizing. Working at the Keck Center allows me to continuously shape my worldview through lived experience, and I will always be grateful for the opportunities afforded to me here.

    Hi! My name is Pieter van Wingerden and I am a senior at CMC studying Government and Asian Studies from Edmonds, Washington. I am interested in political, economic, and military issues in the Indo-Pacific region. On campus, I am concurrently the President of the CMC chapter of the AEI Executive Council, Vice-President of the Alexander Hamilton Society, and a left-handed pitcher for the CMS baseball team. In my free time, I enjoy double espressos and re-watching Homeland.     My name is Lindsay and I am a junior at CMC, dual majoring in Economics and Government. On campus, I have developed a passion for studying topics surrounding international affairs, and I recently returned from a semester in Berlin, Germany, where I completed a Security & IR program. Outside of academics, I love to run and surf/snowboard. Working at Keck has been the most amazing opportunity for me to deepen my understanding of the current international sphere events and discuss real-world events with experts. My favorite parts are getting to engage in research with professors and participating in Keck's unique events where diverse perspectives are shared and valued.

I am interested in all things international relations, however, I am especially interested in the US’s relationship and involvement with the Middle East, along with the intersection of human rights and war. Aside from academics, I enjoy exploring new places with my friends, playing soccer, and going on runs! My favorite thing about the Keck Center is all the exciting opportunities there are to hear from renowned and respected experts who enable me to have a deeper understanding of the intricacies of varying international issues.

    Hello! My name is Camille Hermosillo. I am a CMC senior, dual majoring in Government and Media Studies expected to graduate this May. I am interested in Mexican Government, US and Mexico relations, and multimedia/film studies. I like watching famous international films and listening to old music. My favorite thing about working at the Keck Center is being able to document and photograph Keck's events and share events through social media.

Aside from working at the Keck Center, I am also the Senior Class President and I work at the Athenaeum — one of my favorite places on campus! In my free time, I enjoy cooking/baking new recipes, listening to podcasts, and going on hikes with friends. Since being a first-year at CMC, I have been blessed with amazing opportunities and memories with the Keck Center, and I will always be excitedly inspired by my peers who work here.
